Yes and no. Short term the market wants to prove terrorists did not do any damage to US markets. It is psychologically important to close above 9605 some time soon. Longer term it's still a crap shoot whether there is a double bottom or not within next 6 months. I think economy falls down on all fours early next year. We will get over it and then proceed to grow economy sustainable.
