Nice volume spike on BVX Friday. If the old adage volume precedes price is true, this stock should see some good action next week. The chart indicators are all positive and the stock should have support @$1.48 it's 20EMA.

Bow Valley in $4.75-million bought-deal financing

News Release

Mr. Walter DeBoni reports
Bow Valley Energy has entered into a bought-deal agreement led by
FirstEnergy Capital Corp., and includes First Associates Investment Inc.
and National Bank Financial Inc. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement,
2.5 million flow-through common shares will be issued on a private
placement basis at a price of $1.90 per share. This pricing represents a
26-per-cent premium to the 10-day weighted average share price and a
19.5-per-cent premium to the closing price immediately prior to the
announcement. Bow Valley Energy will apply the proceeds of this issue
toward its exploration and development program in Western Canada.
