tyke, news out on BVX: Bow Valley in $4.75-million bought-deal financing Wed 31 Oct 2001 News Release Mr. Walter DeBoni reports Bow Valley Energy has entered into a bought-deal agreement led by FirstEnergy Capital Corp., and includes First Associates Investment Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, 2.5 million flow-through common shares will be issued on a private placement basis at a price of $1.90 per share. This pricing represents a 26-per-cent premium to the 10-day weighted average share price and a 19.5-per-cent premium to the closing price immediately prior to the announcement. Bow Valley Energy will apply the proceeds of this issue toward its exploration and development program in Western Canada.
