I quit giving money to several of those organizations as a direct result of all the junk mail I was getting from them.

All of these organizations would be able to keep their mail going. They would need a franking machine, and have the mail picked up at their offices, or couried to a postal facility by a certified courier, but that's not much different than how they do it now. The organizations that would not be able to use the mail would be "4th GRADE, GREENDALE SCHOOL" and other such lame fronts.
