Speaking of decency what about a rate decrease?
Now that the governor has jacked up the rates and established a perpetual income machine for his reelection campaign fund, he and his puppets on the CPUC won't decrease rates as they should be. God forbid, that ratepayers benefit from the give away of contracted energy. It's a white collar crime of the first order. Get the rates down, reduce poor people's bills, and drive demand for more energy such that you don't have to give it away and give business access to the cheap energy that is currently available to rebuild the California economy. Oh, I forgot, poor people don't contribute to the governor's campaign fund.
