Zeev, you're right to point out that most companies have option plans in place. The important thing is that company options be awarded as true bonuses to share value growth. I have carefully scrutinized the option plans put forth by the companies in which I have owned stock. What I don't want is to own shares in a company where the insiders have drawn up an option plan that basically works to transfer most or all wealth/company growth to the insiders. I am weary of any company which continuously buys back its own shares but where the share float stays the same or increases and where the cash reserves stay the same or decrease. Franco
