EC<:-} -- Only three labs in the world, (6 Germany? France? Canada? You've got to be kidding...not one mention of Russia? Their anthrax program was and is heads and shoulders above everyone else. They've even gone so far as to coat the spores with plastic to increase the outdoor lifespan during an attack. Rugged Russian Anthrax -- Whodathunkit? You certainly didn't.
