no, not oversight. I don't really consider GLW a tech company in the same sense as the others. AOL isn't really a tech company either, using the same criteria. I think GLW will produce meaningful returns over the next 2-3-4 years, but think its slow or dead money until they announce an increase in the fiber optics biz, ceramic substrates (catalytic converters) are decent biz, especially with the new requirement for diesel substrates, which GLW is the only mfger i believe. flat screen displays is also a strong segment. GLW always seems to pull out something, but this downshift is nastier than any that i, or other people in the area, have seen. larry
