The 10Q for the Sept. quarter will be out on Nov. 14. Been talking about this one for months from the .20+ level. Ready for a breakout soon against the market. Not a daytrading type stock, patience is the key for those that can read filings and understand them. LOL.

BENSENVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2001--Lloyd W. Singer President and CEO of LearnCom, Inc. (OTC
BB: LRCM - news) and Arthur R. Bauer, President and CEO of NewMediaNow! reported that the two companies have
reached agreement on a new distribution contract as well as a future new production deal. Under the terms of the accord,
LearnCom acquires distribution rights to the existing library of NewMediaNow training videos. Art Bauer, one of the training
industry's premier producers will focus on the production of new programs, many of which will be marketed and sold by
LearnCom. NewMediaNow! sales and administrative employees will be joining LearnCom's growing Des Moines, Iowa Sales
Center.
