Who would you nuke if 9/11 was repeated especially if the perpretrators were domestic? Seems to me that nuclear weapons are a last resort and to be used only if you can stop a known force from continuing it's agression (ie Japan 1945) and potentially save hundreds of thousands of lives. The fallout of nuclear attacks is mostly really really bad, let's not go there, the earth needs a better answer
