The press release on the hedging states that AVN has locked in a minimum floor price on 75% of their production for 1 year commencing Nov 1, while retaining the benefit of some upside potential. I assume the distribution of .15 is based on prices in Sep/Oct, which were below the minimum floor prices ($3.51 NG and $23.27 oil), so that should mean the .15 is pretty certain for the next year. If that's the case than at a Friday close price of $7.78, you have a sure yield of $1.80/7.78, or 23% for the next year, with some upside potential. I'll take it.
