Look at Gold Corp.
It looks to me like BAY is going to get the word out there.
Get the share price up, and then spring a financing for the 15m at a decent price.

This is a 100% certain. They know most of what the feasibility study will say. That is why they hired top guys for VP finances and VP operations. They are geering up for prodcution in 2003.
