Yes it would and the courts interference in the public school system is part of the problem. The idea that students have the same rights as adults is preposterous. Under the law prior to the Warren Court, the schools stood "in loco parentis" i.e. in the place of the parent and they could control and discipline children. Today even a parent can run into trouble for disciplining their child.

Again, these are problems but the educational establishment has made no effort to overcome these problems or address them or fight for changes in the law, because it give them a convenient excuse for failure.
