ONCE AGAIN:

i checked the "monthly" high and low numbers of the crb index using bighcharts "java" option...the crb montly low of feb, 1999 was 182.949.....this month's low (last week) reached 183.52....we are talking about a 1/2 point or so difference between the two lows.....i would think that last weeks low was enough to call the finally "re-test of the 1999 lows...i looking for the commodity index to start moving up (note again the slow stochastics indicator on this monthly crb chart below)....when commodities start moving up,...gold and golds stocks will benefit...IMHO.

here is the weekly spx chart with 2 technical indicators....on the slow stochastics indicator note that we are into and above the "80" line...this move up on the stochastics i have marked at " 8 up" of it's currently 9 waver down from 11/17/00....get ready for the final downturn (the 9th) shortly...the rsi line is pressing at the top of the channel which can be drawn from the mid-1998 highs for the rsi... (need to have a longer term chart to see that line which goes back to the mid-1998 date for the rsi)..
