See this NDX closing price chart too: cres.anu.edu.au I also use my autoregressive indicator signals to pick out these waves. Of course I don't really believe in e-wave <g> Just adding some of the ideas into my toolbox. The key point is going to be when we realize we are in the big C wave down (Prechter's interpretation that I am sketching out) or a wave 4 (in da_cheif's interpretation). News Corp dropped their Hughes bid after GM didn't decide who to give it too. Not sure if that is really bearish for the stock. The competitor didn't get it either. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I am very overweight News due to option expiry which got exercised at the last minute. David
