There are two kinds of poster on this thread. Those with common sense and vacant liberal minds. Those with common sense provide facts and analysis. Vacant liberal minds provide buzz words and assertion of opinion that they consider fact.

The vacant liberal mind cannot comprehend a demographic that is "those who have access to the internet and chose to express an opinion on a public issue". That seems unscientific to me.
If 40 60 100 thousand folks who can do express their opinion and 90% feel one way then I say that 90 thousand out of 100 thousand is a fairly big sample and clearly represents those who have the ability and are interested in expressing their opinion. The internet poll represent a poll of the most educated, technically competent, most informed and most caring of Americans on average.

I am always amused that vacant liberal minds would consider some poll based on a secret recipe of sampling and based upon a sample that's thousands to tens of thousands smaller has some special validity over a far more extensive poll.

I have no doubt that the opinions of the informed are far different that the opinions of many ignorant on the issues Americans that don't care about a lot's and don't think about issues and just enjoy living in America.

It seems obvious to me that the internet poll is sampling a much more educated and informed group of folks with a far greater degree of civic responsibility.

But is it also clear to me that vacant liberal minds who post on the PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH represent the majority of uninformed uncivil folks who have internet access.
