As far as I know, IAMR is still trading. I bought some a few days ago and have been watching it for movement. I do believe this is a stock shell that was picked up from a defunct company (it's easier to get an existing symbol and place on the publicly traded market than to start a new one) and this new group is a group of investors or privately held company that has now decided to go public to bring cash to their expansion plans and exploration. The former owners apparently hold 80% of the existing stock. Trading-wise, however, I believe it's up and running. There are no SEC filings and so forth, as of yet, because this is a new entity, an IPO, of sorts. Again, this is just my understanding from what I know so far, and God knows I have been wrong before. Heck, I still trying to figure out what "EOM" means that everyone keeps posting ")
