The PC World readiness test tells you if the current stuff you have might be a conflict for the most part. Unless using wireless DSL or something like that, I don't think the firewalls would conflict, leastwise that would be one of the least of my worries unless I needed a specific firewall to get on a network or something like that. If I get XP, I plan on trying to fire up the McAffee one I have again.

I think I have more problems than most because 1) I can't stop f'ing with things. I'm not satisfied with something that works....chalk that one up to personality defect and my PC was a custom put together HP unit. I think PC's that come in their standard packages and models seem to work better overall than customs such as my HP, Gateways, and most other manufacturers offer them now. Theoretically there should be no difference....BUT.... Personally, I think the only crashproof system will be when the government not only leaves Microsoft alone to do their software but let's them go ahead and start building the boxes too.
