Who cares?? in a 2-party system with two chambers and additionally a president the main point is anyway to
avoid that the same party has the power in all institutions.

And luckily it is possible to switch parties if mistakes happen, for all institutions but the president??

Ilmarinen

I still remember when I understood why this great something-horse-something senator always jumps
majority horses when needed (the committees), as well as how districts must be designed to achieve
some kind of proportional representation although proportional representation is something ones should
not even mention. (one might be disqualified in a blink, with efficient witch-hunt, like that something-
something women for the administration of Billy boy)

No wonder USA has demanded most aspiring democracies not to adopt the 2-party system, including
germany after ww2.

Now what is the problem of the Israeli election and gvmnt forming system???

Tyranny of the majority, the minority, or the party lists??

No Consensus and Continuity mechanisms??

Sorry for stepping into the twilight zone of all the unmentionables..
(there are some good explanations)
