Hi mishedlo,

The two events {first draw is four) and {first draw is not four and second draw is four} are mutually exclusive. So, we can add up.

P{first draw is four}=4/47
P{first draw is not four and second draw is four}
=P{fisrt draw is not four}*P{second draw is four}
(by independence of two events)
=(43/47)*(4/46).
