Interesting thoughts on QQQ trading action.

My take is the QQQ likely will sell off a fair amount the next couple of weeks. This is only because the viewpoints on all the wires seems to be "bad news doesnt matter" and that we are going to rebound next year so "buy anything and everything" now.

These are the same people that said stuff like "stocks may rise due to patriotic buying when markets reopen" We all know what really happened.

That and Realmoney.com is now bullish - a sure sign it is time to go short for a couple of weeks.

Auggie,

I have more thoughts/scenarios that could transpire, but I lack the clarity to shaare them right now(for fear of letting people know I'm a fool- as if the above case isn't suffuciant evidence<G>)

Not to worry the market makes Everyone look foolish as least some of the time. Bernie Ebbers built one of the
very biggest US Telco companies in the World over 11-12 years and yet he was so overextended in WCOM
stock on margin that he had to get a 200 million dollar loan from WCOM to avoid a margin call this
past year....... and it makes you wonder...

Test

#reply-16312613 Wonder why this link doesn't work in the one I'm responding to?
I really want to sell some here or 1790ish, but I have to wait now. With CSCO tonight QCUM tomorrow and Fed tomorrow, I think it would be prudent to wait.

FWIW, I'm 10% long, 30% short and 60% cash.

review test:

John, we hit that 5% gain from pre Labor day close I was guessing on #reply-16312613- 1792.- notably, that was the HOD.

EDIT: Ah, I figured it out. There is a dash "-" after the post number. That'll do it.
