"...I am more than pleased to note that we have emerged as an IT power, most notably in the mobile communications sector... ...We would have only dreamed of such remarkable achievements if it had not been for our success in launching the commercial service of CDMA technology for the first time in the world in 1996...
...before we were able to translate vision into reality."

I did this, we did that, we're great, first rate, with all our dreams and visions and plans, yada yada yada. Not a single word about the actual creator of their wealth from Mr. Yang Seuk-taik, the puffed up minister. And they weren't the first, Hong Kong was (I believe).

Nevertheless they've done a good job of spreading the CDMA story, from which they benefit mightily... so when do they resume their Qualcomm bashing, as in "no good deed goes unpunished"???
