The consumer may not know tech, but they sure can tell the difference between numbers. When you were buying phone modems, would you have bought a 28.8K when there was a 56K sitting next to it on the shelf? Especially if they cost the same, or especially if the 56K cost less?

They need to start putting numbers next to the phones on display.
