It had became clear he was bordering on exhaustion from slaying the Philistines when he acknowledged that the Marshall Plan was a meritorious act when we all know it was meretricious. -0- Social Note from Belmont Park, NY: Arab sheiks and princes sent out their finest horses yesterday in the biggest single day in racing--$10M in purses. They turned over their winnings--and they won several million--to NY heroes fund. But not a single one was present; I guess NY is still too senstive to accept them in regalia.
