I've tried to stay on topic when I post, but this broke my heart. :0( Stan WIRE: 10/28/2001 1:14 am ET Gunmen Kill 15 Christians in Pakistan ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Unidentified gunmen on motorcycles shot dead 15 Christians at Sunday prayers in the central Pakistani town of Bahawalpur, police said. Six men on three cycles rode up to a church and sprayed bullets at the worshippers. Dozens were injured. "Women were among the dead," a police deputy superintendent told Reuters. This was the first such attack on Christians in the region, he said. The area, south of Multan near the Indian border has a history of strife between Sunni and Shi'ite Muslim extremists.
