You are right that content is the needed ingredient. Brew with Snaptrack open so many possible doors for applications. We still need networks capable of putting these to use, and the lack of decent data speeds slows software development. Conversely, the lack of software slows the need for network evolution. Quandry.

Six months ago, I had never seen anyone playing a game on their cellphone. Now I see it happening all the time. People will flock to the possible uses.

2002 should be the opening of the door. Decent handsets, 1X networks, Brew/snaptrack enabled applications..... It will be just the start.

I can't wait to have my wireless phone with a built-in videocam, and send 1 minute video clips to my family and friends as I travel. Way better than postcards.
