Factfinder, rather unusual in my experience to find a thread originator still present and accounted for so many years later. You chose well with IFM and deserve congratulations.

I agree that we seem blessed with extremely competent management. Execution to date has been flawless and I see no reason to conclude that the next 12 months will be any different. We are still largely undiscovered, but that will ultimately change as their US presence grows.
