There's a growing body of evidence that those entrusted and paid by the people to know about threats indeed had some warning, but failed to pass it on to the public.

Just one of the many problems facing our government today. No body talkes to each other, no body wants to share. All that's gonna have to change if we're to go forward any farther. Communication with and trust of other intelligence agencies have been like this for over 50 years.
