mact, Re: do your buying when nobody else is...i think some other famous family did this. Famously, Baron Phillipe de Rothschild is credited with saying: "Buy when the blood is running in the streets." And they did amass one of the great family fortunes. As far as ENE is concerned, it is guaranteed the stock price will be much more stable once the company enters bankruptcy. <w> Why choose a company that's in such obvious distress, however? It seems that there might be better plays in the defense, security and vaccine industries. Not to mention that we may be ready for a recovery in the oil patch soon, but it'd be much wise to look for a company that isn't being so universally dissed by the analyst/broker/bond rating communities. ENE is a pariah. I don't recall any pariahs that have been nicknamed Lazarus lately. -Ray
