And as always, he took it. That would be my "characterization." I think your interpretation is plausible, but his motive for expressing it doesn't compromise the quality of his observation. And I would characterize you as encouraging that. That's the last thing I would want to do. I prefer to see the focus to issues rather than people. I would be interested in knowing how I might have mistakenly done otherwise. I may not yet be too old to learn. Perhaps, though, by PM as I think this denoument is dragging on entirely too long. You invited me to speak for myself. I thought you wanted to end the debate with Greg over what are appropriate demonstrations of friendship. I tried to accomplish that. That's what I get for uncharacteristically intervening. <g> Not that there is anything wrong with that. If you enjoy that sort of thing. Not in the appropriate venue. And no, I don't.
