endless,re:"don't know .... tank". The realEstateAgent don't know either. But they know it(price) has no where to go but UP. I bought a house in Dec,85 in Houston and my Agent either didn't know it was about falling off the cliff or didn't want to know. The rest was history and I'm still suffering from 'Home-phobia' vs 'America-dream' and still renting. It's FATE that I have to live with. AG will be arm-twisted to make sure someone is going to keep the 100% gain/per year. And they have good reasons to do that too, for example: THERE IS NO INFLATION, stupid.
