For those of us who appreciate useful analysis, such as Don's, there is always the opportunity to comment or to suggest some modifications, but the core work is very helpful. Unless I think, I will get something out of it. Which I don't think right now. I know the general principles of the manual. I consider the fine details totally irrelevant hair splitting - paraphrasing Buffett - "if you have to discuss 3 months if a company is a Gorilla, it is not". Actually, that was one of the reasons I did not like Don's posts, if you care to know. However, I have invested in G&Ks and will continue to do so, so I may continue lurking and posting on this thread. I did learn something here, but most from other valuationists. I also learned some company names that I will follow and invest or not dependent on my criteria. Thanks for all that. << maybe they can also tell me why QCOM as a company is better than KO?
