I agree with his assesement however the fact that we have a very similear W-bottom as we did in 98' where a lower second low was the retestof the 1st low makes the whole retest thing mute. If one wants to argue we need a W, we in actuality have had it already. Look at the charts of the 98' bottom, and the one we just had. Now I dont believe this is in deed the fact, but the W is there if you want to make th bullish case.
