That was Senator John McCain. I hope he tempers those words slightly, but the fact is we are at war and better we fight it like it is one, and that means there will be a lot of pain and suffering for all hands in store.

If the Taliban subprimates are hiding in the cities amongst the citizens...SORRY, they are HARBORING THEM...if not they are too weak to overpower or avoid them so they should be considered collateral damage. Whatever happened to the saying the strong should survive? We are strong - they are weak. Did we even consider that we cannot DETERMINE *WHO* are the Citizens and the ANTI- Taliban? You can't tell by satellite photos. Leave Bin Laden with NOTHING. Make Afghanistan a lake.
