Was looking at last years absolute numbers. November was negative, so should be easier comparisons going forward. December ended at 118, not too far from current levels. I didn't see the actual components that go into the pot listed after a quick search, but my gut is we will move back towards zero on the moving average fairly quick- ie 3 weeks out.
