Who said anything about adopting eMachine's business model?

It is called connections, eMachines already has manufacturer's reps to handle the launch of a retail product line. They also have established connections for production of large numbers of systems. What makes eMachine a desireable aquisition is the same thing that makes SGI a desireable aquisition. It would be cheap because it is on the verge of bankruptcy.
