That makes sense, and might explain how humans managed to domesticate and breed animals, despite the existence of anthrax.

So look at the contradictions:

All people w/ cutaneous anthrax should stay on antibiotics for 60 days. Supposed reason: they "could've" inhaled it and could get inhalational anthrax so...

???

Those who worked with raw wool and got easily treated cutaneous anthrax "could've" inhaled it too...they were given 10 days of abx.

I still believe they are not being completely honest about how its been weaponized. Or they may indeed understand that finely milled spores require far less for inoculation. Something doesn't fit.
