Hi SR,

That was interesting reading and goes to the issue of the US' inadvertent hand in some of this.

As an added note, it seems to me that earlier this year even, the POTUS refused to sign on to an international treaty against biochemical warfare. Do we know why?

This is an important question that I don't have answers to. I'd love to see it discussed here.
