How healthy is the economy today?
The economy is structurally still quite sound. Absent the war on terrorism, we would probably kind of kick into a recovery, a pretty strong one, probably midway though next year. The uncertainty is, How much of a damper will the war on terrorism be? It's uncertain, a kind of partial paralysis.

What markets suffer most from is disparity in information.
