Snow-- All POWs were turned over to SVN, VC & NVA. Case closed there. All of our records have been handed over to them and classified docs (why still ask some congressmen) have been filtered for their use. VN has sent reps to go through our archives. There are organizations & vets helping find those KIA. Most of the time they took their dead and buried them. NV kept those records almost as well as they kept where every one of our people were buried, even the ones they killed after the war,, long after. VN has losts more MIA than we do as many of theirs were blown away by bombs or nicely fried by napalm.
