Last night while surfing the Net, I posted several bullish magazine article. Money is starting to return to the economy due to the government. But I can’t see the market trading up until that money (the billions committed to help by the government) is more than a commitment.

We need to have that money actually dealt out to the banks, the needed product identified, the company notifies, the consumption cycle shows demand, the demand is greater than capacity, the orders for capacity buys are driven, then the money hits the road for the equips.

This may sound long, but I think its what is needed. This would take 6 – 9 months at best IMHO.

If the market moves 6 months ahead, we are starting to turn, but maybe not for three month.

I mentioned some time ago, “investing in the market from January through April is significantly more profitable than investing during the September to December period”.

I think there is more downside”.

The holiday spending by the common people (myself) can pull in this timeline. But without demand increasing in the end products, the need for capacity is our gate.

Things are looking positive.
