I understand the Fed has been pumping money into the economy since Sep 11. But the Fed hasn't increased my money supply. How has it affected yours? Housing prices in my area are dropping. Companies seem to be laying off people, cutting back on research and development, and canceling or delaying capital projects. Don't see any hints of inflation there. I wonder who is the lucky SOB who is getting all of this money.
