wake up...DISH / Charlie have knocked Ruperts d*ck in the dirt several times in the past.

FTC can't block it. Look at some the cable providers and their market shares????? DISH/GMH combo won't touch their numbers. Sure some will try to block it...but I don't think it gets blocked due to that comparison against market share of big cable guys.

interesting...17M subs is more than any other single cable company....humm..maybe it will be tougher?? per CNBS..

On the other hand DISH gets to look at all of DirectTV's books so this might just be another "Charlie" playing a card, knowing in the end the deal could get squashed.

I agree. Murdoch has called Hughes bluff, now he must wait and see if the FTC, 'awesome swindle' at al, agree with him.
