Lars - I 'm really tired of telling you this - the computer that connects is on the wireless LAN, and has a NAT address, on both sides. The computers connected to the modem are just passing packets.

The easiest way to do that is with a name server somewhere - that way it is all transparent to the NAT client. That name server does not have to be a Microsoft box in the sky, I can have one or my brother can have one or susie down the street can have one. If no one in the whole world is willing to serve this function for their friends who want to do a P2P exchange, then one party on the P2P exchange needs to have a stable and visible public IP address - stable at least long enough to establish the connection.

Yoiu really should just try it and see how it works. Since I've been doing it under a variety of scenarios for months, I can only say that your claims that it doesn't work seem a little silly.
