They have announced a reduction in cap exp for the coming year (in light of the downturn being loner than initially anticipated). This should save a few billion, and hopefully decrease the chance of going into the red.

Maybe you should just start the thread now regardless of any outcome....the "all AMD cheerleader and stock hyping thread" Could have you, niceguy, Dan3 and I bet DARBES might reappear for that one. Should be real insightful.
