Jim, >>No doubt a valuable property at some price, but which?

I have been looking at the palladium/platinum stocks. SWC has 1.3 million oz's of proven reserves so the value of the metal in the ground can be easily calculated. The last time I bought these stocks my favorites were IMPAY and AAPTY. They are now trading in the low $30's and my purchase in 1998 was below $10. Of course I sold early. <g>

I am going to wait with these stocks since we now have a global recession and palladium traded at $100 per oz at the bottom in 1998. Russia certainly is a wild card.

Recent Nasdaq uptrend very close to support levels here. If we get another 2% down day tomorrow or if these loses get extended today the Nasdaq should give back much of it's recent gains short term. Should be good for gold issues imho if it continues.

Jim, thank you for your replies, still on the sidelines with SWC, chart not convincing so far.
