Lunch time. Thought about you because I have some beauty tomatoes left out of my friend's garden. Just made a tomato salad (tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, garlic, pepper, parmesan) and am letting it come together (warm up) on the windowsill. I also got some homemade applesauce yesterday. I am thinking it's time for some pork tonight.
