All commentary welcome on precious and base metal investing.
If it's mined from the ground its fair game for discussion.
Primary emphasis to be on micro issues, with company analysis encouraged.
This thread had it's genesis at Gold and Silver Mining Stocks

NEM has a preferred. But it is apparently not linked to the price of gold. "Preferred stock has an annual dividend of $3.25 per preferred share, which is paid quarterly."

Ex-Div tomorrow, apparently.

Maybe FCX? There was mention of it months ago and I'd noted it, but never carried through on the research. (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=15444100)
