Argentine debt restructuring issues also a major factor weighing on the market.

Citigroup down only 3.9% who traditionally had most exposure. If there was real problems in South America, they would be marked down more but their highly diversified now so whatever writeoffs contimplated already factored in.

BKX index down only 3.0% to 790. I see no panic yet in banks.

NDX at 1390 was not even tested 1380. I would not be surprised to make up some of the losses before day is out. Shorts are the nervous types now. I would be looking to buy on this dip if we hold 1380.
