really - how so, do you think arba will get back to 10 or so? Are the technicals telling you that? Fundamentally their business has been morphed back into the ERPs as an add-on to purchasing. And with the demise of 3rd party marketplaces, their entire customer base has the competition already installed. Otoh Imany is the leader in contract and rebate management, a legitimate collaborative opportunity which is a real pain-point. Nobody builds what they do. hmmm well fundamentals don't always pan out so I'd better put bvsn and arba back on my watch list!
