John, SOunds like the curb exchange. Eventually rules came along. There is also the high parkm (in UK) speaking tradition where people are free to go and stand on their own soapbox and say their thing. As you see I am not there. I can chose to leave this crowd and take a bunch with me and start an new thread, but I do not, however that is the option if we cannot get this thread properly moderated in the way it was initially set up for. If somone did that I would go here as well as there and see which thread was the better.

So, if there's a street hoodlum defecating on himself and urinating on others, the state doesn't have the right to arrest the guy or place him in a mental institution where he can receive help for his condition and not disturb the peace-loving denizens of the neighborhood?
